1. Take the 12th Ave exit.
   
   
2. Turn left onto 12th Ave and follow it (west) across Franklin Blvd, where it becomes Sutterville Rd.
   
   
3. Continue (west) along Sutterville Rd for several blocks, then turn right onto 24th St.
   
   
4. Continue (north) along 24th St until you reach 3rd Ave. (24th St dog-legs confusingly.)
   
   
5. The theatre is on the right.

To enter the parking lot turn right on Castro Way, then turn right into the Sierra 2 parking lot. If full, use curb parking.
